We are specifically looking for profiles with strong Operational Resilience and Scenario Testing expertise, along with relevant data understanding. Please ensure future submissions focus on the below key requirements:

Core Experience Required

1. FCA Operational Resilience (UK) Knowledge
- Solid understanding of impact tolerances
- Experience in mapping business services
- Familiarity with scenario testing cycles
- Awareness of CMORG / Bank of England stress and scenario expectations

2. Hands-on Scenario Testing (End-to-End Ownership)




Candidates must have *led* scenario testing cycles, not merely participated. This includes:
- Designing severe-but-plausible scenarios such as:
- Third-party failure
- Cyber disruption
- Data corruption / integrity loss
- People or site unavailability
- Demonstrated experience integrating testing across:
- Business services
- Technology dependencies
- Third-party ecosystems

Behavioural Expectations
- Solid analytical capabilities
- Sound understanding of risk frameworks
- Ability to independently lead testing exercises
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
