We are looking for a reliable and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires and updating job ads to conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will play a vital part in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.Key Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Proactively source potential candidates using various online channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards).
- Manage Job Descriptions: Partner with hiring managers to design and update accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Screen & Interview: Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Track the Pipeline: Maintain and update candidate statuses in your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep processes moving efficiently.
- Make Offers: Send job offer emails, negotiate compensation packages, and answer candidates' queries regarding benefits.




- Onboard New Hires: Act as a consultant for new recruits and guide them through a seamless onboarding process.
- Track Metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to improve future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Human Resources Management)
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build solid candidate relationships.
- Interpersonal Skills: Sound judgment and the ability to evaluate candidates objectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
