We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to join our team in Ujjain. The ideal candidate should have 1 3 years of recruitment experience and excellent communication and coordination skills. Candidates with a teaching background and exposure to recruitment or HR activities are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with employee onboarding documentation.
- Manage and maintain teacher/faculty records, attendance, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR.
- Candidates with teaching experience and recruitment exposure are preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and maintain recruitment records efficiently.
Location: Ujjain Working Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Salary: As per Industry Standards
