Global Accounting & Compliance Executive

Experience: 14 years in accounting, finance or compliance work (B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance/CA-Inter or equivalent)

About the Role
We are looking for an aspiring, detail-oriented accounting professional who is eager to learn global accounting and international compliance management. The candidate must have a strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping, on top of which we will train and develop them into a global compliance role. In this role, you will assist with the incorporation of new company entities in overseas jurisdictions, ensure their monthly, quarterly and annual compliances are completed on time, and manage inventory records and reconciliations. You will coordinate with local consultants, accountants and legal advisors in each country,
and keep our senior team informed of progress. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to build a global career in cross-border accounting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Overseas company incorporation: Coordinate and assist with the incorporation of new company entities in overseas jurisdictions preparing and organizing documentation, liaising with registration authorities and local consultants, and tracking each set-up through to completion.
Monthly compliances: Ensure timely completion of monthly requirements for each entity, including books of accounts updation, bank reconciliations, payroll-related workings, tax payments and monthly returns/filings applicable in each jurisdiction.
