Sr Software Engineer - CX Learning
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join the Customer Experience (CX) Learning team. Our team supports the people, processes and systems that ensure an excellent product learning experience for our customers, internals, and partners across the globe.
In this role, you will help build scalable, secure applications and services that power global learning experiences.
You will collaborate closely with global team members and cross-functional partners while continuing to build your technical depth, domain knowledge, and professional skills.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain code for software applications
* Maintain SQL Server database schemas, tables, and relationships to support application requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integrations between learning platforms and other UKG systems.
* Participate in regular stand-up meetings, code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and contribute to testing efforts, including unit tests and automated test suites as applicable.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments with guidance from senior engineers.
