Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily reports on sales, purchase, inventory, and other relevant metrics using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and formulas.
- Develop monthly reports with detailed analysis of business performance including revenue growth, customer behavior insights from data reporting.
- Utilize MIS operations expertise to maintain accurate records of transactions and generate timely reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of MIS experience in a BPO industry is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with proficiency in report preparation using various tools like pivot tables, HLOOKUPs etc.
