Hiring: Performance Testing Engineer (LoadRunner)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 to 9 Years

CTC: Up to 16 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Only

Required Skills:

LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)
Performance Testing & Performance Engineering
Load, Stress, Volume & Endurance Testing
JMeter (Preferred)
Performance Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana)
SQL & Database Performance Testing
Linux/Unix
Root Cause Analysis & Bottleneck Identification
CI/CD Tools and Agile Methodology

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance test strategies using LoadRunner.
- Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Monitor system behavior using APM tools.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve application performance.
