- Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Bengaluru.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining the quality of candidates and adherence to hiring processes.





Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, and coordination.

· Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.

· Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.

· Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers and systems.

· Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.

· Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

· Follow recruitment processes, guidelines, and company policies.

· Support in improving sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.
