Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage and convert sales inquiries received through B2B marketplaces such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Justdial. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to leads, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries generated through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, company website, email, and phone calls.
- Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their requirements.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and share product information, quotations, and pricing with customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in CRM or sales tracking sheets.




- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and lead conversion goals.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and market trends.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong telephone sales and customer handling abilities.
- Experience working with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, or similar B2B lead generation platforms.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and follow-up processes.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
