About Us: Shell Design Works is a 3D rendering and architecture visualization studio based in Zirakpur, serving clients across the US. We're a small, close-knit team producing high-quality work for international clients — and we're growing.

What You'll Do:
- Create photorealistic exterior and interior renders from architectural drawings and design briefs
- Work on residential, commercial, and specialty projects (religious spaces, healthcare facilities)
- Collaborate with our design and 2D drafting teams through structured project workflows
- Follow our staged review process (clay → lighting → final) with self-QC before submission
- Take direction from senior artists and incorporate feedback efficiently

What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural visualization
- Robust proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray (D5 Render experience a plus)
- A portfolio showing residential or commercial rendering work
- Good eye for lighting, materials, and composition
- Ability to work independently once briefed, and to meet project deadlines




- Comfortable receiving structured feedback and iterating quickly

Nice to Have:
- Experience with US-based architecture or design clients
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit for reading construction drawings
