What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely support, effective query resolution, and smooth communication for all the marketing campaign services.
- Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while managing scope, timelines, and resources.
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting and performance insights to leadership and clients.
