We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead HR operations at our Plant and drive workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition & manpower planning
Industrial relations & employee engagement
Labour law & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.)
Payroll inputs, attendance & shift management
Performance management & employee development
Training, welfare & retention initiatives
HR audits, MIS reporting & compliance inspections
Partner with plant leadership to support business goals

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, or equivalent + Bachelor's degree

Experience:




3–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup with strong exposure to Industrial Relations and statutory compliance.
