Key Responsibilities
- Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and KPI reporting to support business stakeholders.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations through effective storytelling.
- Support AI/ML initiatives, including NLP, chat transcript analysis, and customer experience insights.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting processes.

Required Skills
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of Python for analytics and automation.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI concepts.
