About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes within the healthcare sector to identify areas for improvement.




- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting, enhancing decision-making processes.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions before implementation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
- Solid knowledge of Business Analysis practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing BRD and FRD documents.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
