Key Responsibilities:-
- Measure & monitor people performance for both input metrics & sales targets.
- Manage a team of 6-12 agents.
- Audit calls to identify improvement areas of the team.
- Do training need identification and get it done with the training team.
- Speak with prospects, take 2nd voice and convert into sales.
Key Requirement:-
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales for sales process and managing team.
- Good at objection handling, negotiation & lead management.
- Detail oriented with valuable knowledge of feedback sharing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
