Position : HR Consultant Intern

Location :Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. 2. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. 3. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, follow-ups, and selection updates. 4. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and other hiring-related records. 5. Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, joining kits, and collecting required documents from new hires. 6. Maintain employee records, attendance details, leave data, and other HR documentation. 7. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS sheets. 8. Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and feedback collection activities. 9. Assist in communicating HR policies and maintaining compliance-related documentation. 10. Ensure confidentiality while handling employee, candidate, and organizational information. 11.



Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements and support smooth HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria Candidates can apply if they: 1. Are available for a full-time in-office internship. 2. Can start the internship between 1st July 2026 and 30th September 2026. 3. Are available for a duration of 3 months. 4. Are based in Mumbai. 5. Have relevant skills and interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and HR operations. 6.
