Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager
to lead and drive TST's specialized offerings across the data center sector. In this leadership position, you will own key data center accounts, expand our market presence across MENA, APAC, and SEA, and lead the integration of third-party products into our proprietary
InfraCortex




platform to deliver complete, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership & Expansion:
Own, manage, and scale existing data center accounts while proactively generating new leads across the MENA, APAC, and SEA regions.
- End-to-End Solution Delivery:
Integrate third-party equipment with TST’s
InfraCortex
application platform to provide comprehensive, 100% compliant solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Global OEM Coordination:
Work directly with leading OEMs across the globe to align product capabilities with client specifications.
- Revenue & Performance Ownership:
Drive and deliver targets for orders, revenue, and profit margins while maintaining strict forecast accuracy.
- Executive Engagement:
Pitch and consult seamlessly with C-level executives in the HVAC, Power Infrastructure, and Data Center sectors.
- Global Travel:
Travel extensively across India and international markets
