Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Windows Administrator (L2) to manage, monitor, and support Windows-based infrastructure. The candidate will handle escalated issues, ensure system stability, and maintain high availability of servers and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
- Handle L2 level incidents, service requests, and problem management
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability
- Perform user administration (Active Directory, Group Policies)
- Troubleshoot OS performance, CPU, memory, disk utilization
- Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, File & Print servers
- Perform patch management and updates
- Handle backup and restore operations
- Work on incident management tools (ServiceDesk, ticketing systems)
- Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for critical issues
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, RCA, reports)




- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes

Technical Skills Required:
- Windows Server Administration
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP
- Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Backup tools (Veeam, Veritas)
- Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Basic networking (IP, subnetting)
- PowerShell scripting (basic)
- Patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM)

Soft Skills:
- Valuable communication skills

- Ability to work in 24x7 shift environment
