Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Shift Engineer Maintenance. The Shift Engineer Maintenance will be responsible for equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance & repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance.
- Report to maintenance head for day to day shift activities
- Support and supervise the mechanical maintenance activities in the unit
- Candidate should be involve in regular preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
- Adherence to safety standards in the areas of plant maintenance and utility
- Coordination with production, quality and others departments for supervision of maintenance activities on main plant and utility equipments
- Maintaining Daily LOG book for work carried out through technician recording of daily Breakdown and corrective action.
- Preparation and presentation of ISO documents, history Cards etc...




- Experience in fermentation industries/various food industries
- Prior maintenance experience on various equipments like Pumps, Evaporators, Dryers, Conveyors, Blenders, Agitators, Extruders, Gearboxes, Blowers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal Separators, Decanters, Filtration Units, Bagging & Packing Machines, Boilers etc.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Performs others duties as assigned

Qualifications & Preferences
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent only
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- 2-5 years of experience preferably in any yeast fermentation plants/ other relevant process industries
