As a Team Leader – Sales , you will play a key role in driving the growth of Ritzzpay's Partner Network across India. Your primary responsibility will be leading and mentoring a team of sales executives and business development associates to onboard partners, expand the referral network, and achieve monthly revenue targets. You will ensure exceptional partner experience while contributing to the company's rapid expansion in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Associates to achieve partner acquisition and revenue targets.
- Drive onboarding of new Ritzzpay Partners through field sales, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize partner activation and business growth.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity using CRM and sales dashboards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one-on-one mentoring to improve team effectiveness.




- Ensure newly onboarded partners complete KYC, training, activation, and begin generating business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, distributors, retailers, financial advisors, and local business communities.
- Promote Ritzzpay Partner products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Insurance, BBPS Services, Loan Against Property, Vehicle Loans, Credit Builder Solutions, and upcoming financial products.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve partner issues and improve partner experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
