We're looking for a proactive and organized Back Office Executive / Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage day-to-day back office operations

✔️ Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans

✔️ Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and customers

✔️ Maintain inventory records and business documentation

✔️ Prepare MIS and operational reports

✔️ Support smooth order processing and dispatch

✔️ Ensure accurate record keeping and administrative efficiency

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in back office, administration, or operations

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Tally/ERP/CRM is an added advantage

•⁠ ⁠Robust communication, coordination,



and organizational skills
