Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
with
3–7 years of experience
in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketing
10+ years experienced consultants
across various technologies and should be proficient in handling consultants with
H1B, Green Card (GC), US Citizen, and EAD
work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants with
10+ years of experience
across various technologies to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Work with consultants holding
H1B, Green Card (GC), US Citizen, and EAD
work authorizations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.




- Negotiate pay rates and close placement opportunities.
- Ensure consultants are submitted to suitable client requirements on time.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding submission status and interview schedules.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Stay updated with current market trends, technologies, and client requirements.

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in US Bench Sales.
- Proven experience US marketing
- Strong vendor network across the US Staffing market.
- Experience handling consultants with
H1B, GC, US Citizen, and EAD
work authorizations.
