Role Description
The Internal Sales Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth through effective inside sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, and preparing and sharing quotations with prospective and existing customers. The role involves maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, following up on leads, nurturing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.



The Internal Sales Executive will also respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and actively contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in telesales or remote selling.
- Ability to prepare accurate Quotations and manage basic sales documentation and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
- Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset, resilience in handling rejections, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Prior experience in edtech, education, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
