Role & responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation, and corporate legal matters.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.

Manage licenses, legal documentation, and compliance activities related to pharmaceutical operations.

Monitor legal and regulatory changes and recommend appropriate actions to ensure compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

LLB/LLM qualification from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Legal Affairs

Robust knowledge of contract management, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in independently handling legal cases, litigation, and documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
