Mobilab is building next-generation portable IVD diagnostic devices
that make high-quality blood testing more accessible. We're looking for a
Procurement Engineer
who can own the complete procurement lifecycle and play a critical role in supporting both our manufacturing and R&D; teams.

What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end procurement: RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, order tracking, GRN coordination, and payment closure.
- Source electronic components, mechanical parts, and production materials for both manufacturing and R&D.;
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery schedules with domestic and international vendors.
- Build and manage supplier relationships across India and global markets, including Chinese OEMs/component suppliers.
- Coordinate import logistics, customs documentation, and landed cost planning.
- Maintain procurement documentation aligned with ISO 13485/QMS requirements.




- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve procurement efficiency, vendor research, and documentation.

We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (MBA in Operations/Supply Chain is a plus)

✅ 2–5 years of procurement experience in electronics, medical devices, or hardware manufacturing

✅ Strong understanding of electronic components, BOMs, and datasheets

✅ Experience with domestic sourcing and vendor negotiations

✅ Strong Excel skills and comfort using AI tools for procurement workflows

✅ Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills

✅ Delhi NCR vendor network is a robust advantage
