Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our Domestic Business Development team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in sales, customer relationship management, market analysis, and business development while supporting the expansion of our domestic customer base.

Key Responsibilities





· Identify and generate new business opportunities in the domestic market.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.

· Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

· Follow up on customer inquiries and support the order execution process.

· Maintain customer data and sales records in the company's CRM/MIS (ZOHO CRM)

· Visit customers along with senior sales personnel for meetings and business development activities.

· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events as required.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

· Achieve assigned business development objectives during the training period.
