Role & responsibilities

Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end ambulance operations across assigned region
- Ensure smooth functioning of emergency services with adherence to SLA standards
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government guidelines

Team Management
- Lead and manage regional teams including field staff and supervisors
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Mentor team members and drive performance excellence
- Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation

Vehicle Management
- Monitor ambulance fleet availability and utilization
- Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement
- Track fuel efficiency and cost optimization

Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track KPIs and operational metrics
- Conduct performance evaluations of team members
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions




- Prepare operational and performance reports

Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with vehicle vendors and service providers
- Ensure vendor compliance with service standards
- Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance

Government Liaison
- Maintain strong working relationships with government officials
- Coordinate with state authorities for operational requirements
- Participate in review meetings and audits

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / Any Postgraduate
- Robust leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in:
- Logistics
- Transportation
- Automobile / Fleet Management
- Experience in Healthcare / Emergency Services will be an added advantage
