Finance Manager – Fintech / DSA (HO, Thane | In office)

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA | Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: CA-Inter / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

Industry: Fintech / DSA / NBFC / Financial Services

Role Summary:

Manage end-to-end accounting, compliances, MIS, and financial controls for a fast-growing Fintech/DSA business.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & books finalization in Tally

GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances

MIS, financial reports & variance analysis

Bank/NBFC coordination & reconciliations

Commission & payout accounting for DSA operations

Audit support & internal control implementation

KPIs / Performance Metrics:

Month-end closure: ≤ 5 working days

Compliance accuracy: 100% on-time GST/TDS filings





Reconciliation accuracy: Zero unresolved bank/NBFC recon differences

MIS quality: Error-free monthly MIS by defined timelines

Audit observations: Nil / minimal repeat observations

Cash flow tracking: Daily visibility & variance within approved limits

Must-Have Skills:

Strong accounting fundamentals

Advanced Excel & Tally proficiency

Fintech/DSA/NBFC exposure preferred

Immediate joiners or candidates with the shortest notice period preferred
