About the Team and the Role

The Corporate Sales team at Ather is responsible for capturing the rapidly growing electric scooter market within the corporate, rental, and government sectors, with an objective to scale volumes by 3X year-on-year in assigned markets.

This role is for a Corporate Sales Manager who will be responsible for building strategic relationships with major corporations and government departments, while collaborating closely with retail partners and cross-functional teams to drive incremental sales volumes.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain solid long-term relationships with major corporate companies, government departments, and rental aggregators.
- Drive sales volume growth from the corporate and government segments by 3X year-on-year within the assigned market.
- Collaborate with retail partners to implement defined corporate sales strategies and generate incremental volumes.




- Work cross-functionally with retail teams, marketing, and Head Office (HO) functions to ensure business synergy.
- Identify and harness new market opportunities through meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Manage daily interactions with dealership networks, field teams, and customers to optimize corporate segment performance.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic visions and creative solutions for complex sales challenges.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and articulate technical and commercial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications
- A Postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering from a Tier I/Tier II institute.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the automobile industry with specific experience handling corporate business.
