We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Centre Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Freshers or Experienced (Prior experience in a call centre or customer support role is an added advantage)

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner.




- Process customer orders and respond to inquiries by providing accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, queries, service requests, and order updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and call details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of customer requests. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
