The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective students who have enquired about various UK university courses, understand their educational and career goals, provide accurate course guidance, and support them throughout the admission journey. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, relationship-building, and documentation skills while maintaining a target-oriented approach.
Roles and Responsibilities1. Student Consultation & Course Counselling
- Connect with prospective students through outbound calls based on course enquiries received via websites, advertisements, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand candidates' educational background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details including curriculum, duration, eligibility, fee structure, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Professionally address candidate queries and objections while providing accurate information.
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to nurture leads and improve enrolment conversions.
- Guide candidates through the admission process until successful enrolment.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
3. CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, enquiry status, feedback, and follow-up activities in the CRM or tracking system.
- Document every interaction with detailed call outcomes, remarks, and next steps.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance and enrolment progress.
4. Team Coordination & Process Compliance
