Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.E / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering .

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution Coordination

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems in residential projects.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for smooth execution.

Review MEP drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications and site conditions.

2. Design Technical Review

Review and validate MEP designs, layouts, and BOQs.

Identify design discrepancies and provide technical solutions.

Ensure all systems comply with relevant codes and standards (NBC, local authority norms, BESCOM/TNEB, BWSSB/CMWSSB, etc.).

3. Vendor Contractor Management

Monitor and manage MEP contractors and subcontractors.

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality workmanship.

Verify and certify contractor bills based on work progress.

4. Quality Assurance Safety

Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of execution.





Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations.

5. Planning Monitoring

Prepare and track MEP work schedules in line with project timelines.

Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

Maintain daily/weekly progress reports.

6. Testing Commissioning

Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems.

Ensure proper documentation, checklists, and handover procedures are followed.

7. Documentation Reporting

Maintain records of drawings, approvals, site instructions, and material submittals.

Prepare MIS reports and update stakeholders on project progress.
