We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CMA Inter Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge of the CMA Intermediate syllabus and the ability to simplify complex topics for students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, preparing study materials, and mentoring students to achieve excellent examination results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and online lectures for CMA Intermediate students.
- Teach subjects as per ICMAI syllabus and examination pattern.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, presentations, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Update teaching methods based on the latest ICMAI syllabus and exam trends.
- Maintain attendance records and academic reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- CMA (Inter)
qualified / CMA Final qualified / CMA professional.
- Strong subject knowledge of the CMA Intermediate curriculum.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years (Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply)
Salary
₹3.0 – ₹6.0 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
