Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA/QC professional to ensure that all products meet defined quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role plays a key part in maintaining product consistency, compliance systems, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control
- Conduct thorough inspection of all raw materials at inward stage as per defined quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished goods before dispatch (outward inspection).




- Carry out testing and evaluation of all packaging materials at receipt stage.

Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Ensure proper maintenance of all QC/QA samples, counter samples, and reference standards for defined retention periods.
- Prepare and maintain COA (Certificates of Analysis), shade cards, PDI reports, and dummy samples for recent development and approvals.
- Maintain complete and accurate quality documentation as per ISO standards.

Calibration & Compliance
- Maintain records of internal and external calibration of all measuring and testing equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO systems (QMS/EMS) and company quality procedures.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities (NCs).

Training & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct training sessions for shop-floor workers on hygiene practices and quality awareness to maintain product integrity.
