About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Assistant who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This role focuses on execution, performance improvement, and scaling campaigns while maintaining control over costs and efficiency.
The role requires strong understanding of paid media platforms, ability to analyze performance data, and coordination with creative and marketing teams to improve results.
Key Outcomes
Performance Consistency
- Maintain reliable and consistent performance across Meta and Google campaigns
- Ensure control over key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPC
Campaign Optimization and Scaling
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
- Reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency
Creative and Campaign Alignment
- Work closely with creative teams to improve ad performance
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with messaging, offers, and funnels
Structured Execution
- Maintain organized campaign structures and naming conventions
- Ensure timely campaign launches and updates
Primary Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Pause underperforming ads and scale winning campaigns
- Review budgets, targeting, placements, and audience performance
- Identify performance issues and take corrective actions
