Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Agra. The Merchandiser will manage product assortments, track inventory levels, and coordinate with production, design, and sales teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time. Daily tasks include analyzing sales and market trends, preparing merchandising plans, updating product displays, and reviewing samples to align with brand standards and customer expectations. The role involves regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitoring order status,



and supporting pricing and promotion decisions. The Merchandiser will also assist in maintaining product data accuracy and contribute to seasonal planning and new product launches.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in merchandise planning, inventory management, and basic demand forecasting.
- Experience in coordinating with production and design teams, including sample review and product alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to support merchandising decisions.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills to handle multiple product lines and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, ERP or inventory systems, and basic reporting tools.
