About the Prospect
A fast-scaling D2C brand in the home decor lifestyle space, we re redefining how people shop for curated, affordable, and aesthetically bold interiors from cozy apartment vignettes to maximalist statement corners. Our missionTo make beautiful, functional home spaces accessible to every Indian home powered by creators, styled by real life, and amplified through social storytelling. We re looking for a dynamic YouTube Influencer to help us own the visual narrative of home transformation across India. Role Responsibilities
- Create high-engagement, visually stunning YouTube content (tutorials, room makeovers, hauls, styling tips) that align with our brand aesthetic and regional home decor trends.
- Shoot, edit, and publish 2 4 high-quality videos per month, optimized for YouTube SEO and audience retention.
- Collaborate with our content and product teams to ideate campaigns, product integrations, and seasonal themes (festive decor, small space hacks, budget decor, etc.).
- Engage with your audience through comments, community posts,



and live QAs to foster brand loyalty and drive conversions.
- Track and report performance metrics (CTR, watch time, conversion rate) to inform content strategy and ROI.
- Represent the brand authentically across social channels, reinforcing our voice: playful, aspirational, and inclusive of diverse Indian homes.

Skills Qualifications
Must-Have
- YouTube Channel with 10K+ subscribers (preferably home decor, lifestyle, or interior design niche)
- Proficient in video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut)
- Strong visual storytelling staging skills for home spaces
- Experience with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and titles that convert
- Proven ability to integrate products organically into content
- Familiarity with Indian home decor trends across metro and tier 2/3 cities

Preferred
- Experience collaborating with D2C brands or running sponsored content
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles or styling
