Role Description
The Hub Incharge role at Shadowfax is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



The Hub Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipment processing, load planning, and ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery. This role coordinates with delivery partners, drivers, and operations teams to optimize route planning, manage capacity, and maintain service-level commitments. The Hub Incharge monitors operational performance, tracks key metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shift schedules, handling escalation of operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong hub operations and logistics management skills, including experience with dispatch planning, shipment handling, and inventory or parcel flow management.
- Proficiency in using operations software, dashboards, and basic data analysis tools to monitor performance,
