We are looking for a Recruitment professional with experience in leadership hiring who will play a key role in market research, talent mapping, and candidate outreach. This role requires strong research skills, structured data management, and the ability to engage with senior-level candidates across industries.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior-level roles

•Conduct market research and talent mapping across industries, roles, and competitor organizations

•Identify and reach out to suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals

•Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline

•Screen profiles, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders

•Manage and maintain accurate candidate data, trackers, and reports





•Support marketing and employer branding initiatives through market insights

•Ensure timely, skilled communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

•1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in leadership or executive hiring

•Strong exposure to talent mapping, market research, and sourcing strategies

•Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

•Strong attention to detail with effective data management skills

•Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
