About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, while candidates with prior sales or business development experience will have an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, customer relationship management, and supporting business growth by promoting our Packaging, Cosmetic Packaging, PET, HDPE, and Glass Packaging product portfolio through digital platforms, cold calling, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.

You will work closely with customers from industries such as Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skincare, Hair Care, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Home Care, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Industrial Products,



helping them identify the right packaging solutions for their business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, company websites, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, WhatsApp follow-ups, and customer interactions to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings whenever required.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
