We are hiring for role Sr. Odoo Developer

Experience: 7+ yrs

Work mode: Hybrid

Notice period : immediate - 45 days Only

Location : Pune

Required Technical Skills:
- Odoo Platform: 7+ years of deep technical experience with Odoo architecture and development
- Programming Skills: Expert-level Python knowledge for business logic implementation, advanced PostgreSQL database management skills
- Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Odoo's OWL framework
- Odoo Framework: Deep understanding of ORM, security models, workflow engines, and reporting frameworks
- Integration: Extensive experience with XML-RPC, REST APIs, EDI, and third-party system integrations
- Development Tools: Git, Docker, Linux/Unix environments, and DevOps practices Platform Knowledge




- Comprehensive understanding of Odoo's modular architecture and module composition
- Experience with Odoo's core modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Project Management
- Knowledge of Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh cloud platform, and deployment strategies
- Understanding of Odoo's licensing models and Enterprise vs Community differences
- Experience with Odoo customization, theming, and white-labelling
