Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI Lead with 10+ years of front end development expertise to drive the design and development of modern, scalable, and high performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with good proficiency in React.js, robust knowledge of AWS cloud services, and solid experience integrating and building REST APIs. This role demands technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring UI engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead end-to-end UI architecture, design, and development for enterprise applications.
Drive best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization across UI teams.
Evaluate and recommend modern UI frameworks, tools, and technologies.




Collaborate with cross-functional teamsbackend, DevOps, product, UX—to shape technical solutions.

Front-End Development (React)
Architect and build scalable, component-driven SPAs using React.js and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux, React Query, etc.).
Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI components.
Ensure seamless state management, routing, and application performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps (AWS)
Design and deploy front-end applications on AWS using services such as:
S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, Cloudwatch
