The primary role of a Senior Specialist in Pricing team at Empower India is to ensure that the mutual fund pricing and dividend/capital gain distributions are processed and reviewed accurately in a timely manner. Some of key activities performed by Pricing Team are - to capture, validate and load Mutual Fund prices, payout Dividends to the eligible funds etc.
This role also need to work on updating and QC peers Fund Fact Sheet and Fund Performance activity.
Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures. Review of price confirmation collection from Fund Houses and within the department. Perform daily pricing and validation of Mutual Funds. Analyze price movements against market expectations. Provide subject matter expertise support to onshore and downstream teams. Liaise with the Fund Houses to resolve issues and minimize risk. Participates in adhoc projects within team as needed. Effectively & efficiently enter the returns into the Returns Spreadsheet for Fund Reporting & Performance and also QC peers work.. Complete all daily, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks and reporting accurately. Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to supervisor
