The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a highly skilled individual contributor who builds high-quality software while contributing to technical direction within the team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable, maintainable solutions while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative delivery. As part of our AI-First Software Delivery (AIFSD) transformation, you will also contribute to evolving how software is built by leveraging AI to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency.
This role reports to the Engineering Manager or Tech Lead and plays a key part in delivering modern, cloud-based platforms that support our vision of a leading knowledge marketplace. Based in our Technology hub in Bangalore, we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Full Stack Engineer who can make timely, pragmatic technical decisions,
balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term maintainability, and ensuring steady progress without unnecessary complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development Technical Contribution
Write, review, and own production-quality code as an active contributor to the teams codebase; this is a technical, hands-on role
Champion the use of AI-first software delivery approaches, leveraging AI tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making
Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices, such as Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Contribute to architectural decisions at the team and system level, balancing pragmatism with long-term maintainability
Delivery Collaboration
Help break down complex technical work into well-scoped, deliverable increments
Contribute as a robust technical contributor within the tea
