Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Consultant based in the Greater Bengaluru Area JP Nagar 8th Phase. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing end-to-end real estate transactions. Additional tasks include conducting property site visits, assisting clients in making informed decisions, and continuously refining your understanding of the real estate market.



You will also contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and participating in training sessions. The ideal candidate is target-driven, customer-centric, and has a strong foundation in South Bengaluru's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Engagement: Actively manage and follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, channel partners, and walk-ins to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Site Tours & Presentations: Conduct detailed and professional site visits. Effectively communicate project features, amenities, floor plans, and unique selling propositions to prospective buyers.
- Customer Guidance: Assist clients through the entire booking process, from addressing initial queries and explaining pricing/payment plans to assisting with application forms and initial payment collection.
