Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Assign tasks and manage production staff effectively.
Maintain a safe working workplace.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
Reduce production downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
