What You Can Expect

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Compliance Lead to support our global procurement and compliance initiatives. This role ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate standards across our supply chain, focusing on sustainability, ethical procurement, and transparency.



The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in compliance reporting, and a passion for driving responsible procurement practices.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
Shift Timing - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
How You'll Create Impact
- Gather, validate, and analyse supplier data related to sustainability, carbon disclosure, diversity spend, forced labour, and conflict minerals.
- Prepare and distribute periodic reports to internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Carbon disclosure, Force Labor, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability,
- Collaborate with suppliers to collect required disclosures and support them in meeting compliance expectations.
- Act as the liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders (Supplier Quality, Compliance, PMO teams) to ensure MDR (Medical Device Regulation) readiness within the supplier base.
