Looking for an experienced Product Sales Support Specialist with strong expertise in Cloud and AI solutions to enable our sales teams and drive business growth. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to effectively position and deliver Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) to enterprise customers.
The role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to combine technical knowledge with business understanding to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation:
- Drive business development initiatives for Cloud and AI solutions by identifying target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline through direct customer engagement, market outreach, networking, strategic prospecting, and partner engagement
- Own and drive opportunities from lead generation through closure, contributing directly to revenue growth
- Engage with enterprise and government customers to understand business requirements and position relevant Cloud and AI solutions
- Develop and execute account penetration and go-to-market strategies for specialized Cloud and AI products
- Achieve assigned revenue, business development, and sales targets for the product portfolio
- Independently manage customer relationships along with sales team and drive sales opportunities throughout the complete sales lifecycle.
- Work closely with sales teams to accelerate deal closures while simultaneously creating and managing an independent pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify new markets, industry segments, and strategic opportunities to expand business reach
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to enhance product positioning and market adoption
