Shringar Fashion Jewellery is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements while helping them select the perfect jewellery.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and jewellery care instructions.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Manage stock by arranging, replenishing, tagging, and reporting shortages.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock audits, and new product arrivals.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.




- Coordinate with the store manager regarding sales performance and inventory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and new collections.
- Follow company policies, maintain discipline, and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in sales (fashion jewellery, jewellery, apparel, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid willingness to learn may also apply.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and Hindi. Basic English is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Good selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
