As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Corporate Human Resources team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation,



and coordination across multiple outlets. Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B; industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and HRMIS updates.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
- Coordinate with outlet managers on manpower requirements and staffing updates.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee databases.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in performance review processes, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
